Today, we’re announcing unified multi-environment delivery in the Akuity Platform — a single promotion workflow that handles application and infrastructure changes across Kubernetes, Terraform, VMs, and serverless environments.
Created by the team behind Argo CD, Kargo Enterprise (part of the Akuity Platform) automates how changes move safely across environments, from development to production, using GitOps principles. Teams can now use the same automated workflows, approvals, and guardrails across any deployment target from containers to infrastructure code.
One Control Plane for Every Environment
The Akuity Platform now introduces a centralized promotion layer that connects containerized, infrastructure, and serverless targets.
Teams can now:
Run Terraform steps (tf-plan and tf-apply) directly in Kargo, automatically passing outputs to Argo CD or other deployment steps.
Promote safely across Kubernetes, VMs, and cloud environments using consistent approval and audit policies.
Orchestrate complex multi-environment changes — for example, updating IAM roles with Terraform before deploying applications that depend on them.
Replace custom CI scripting with a declarative, GitOps-based approach for both application and infrastructure delivery.
Built for Real-World Enterprises
Kargo Enterprise (part of the Akuity Platform) integrates with Argo CD, Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, and Docker, while connecting to enterprise systems such as Slack, Jira, ServiceNow, and Datadog for visibility and governance.
